Every puzzle and mini game can be beat. I highly recommend the ND game series. If you want a real challenge, download and jump into the fun. Rated 5 out of5 byCourageAngel fromA History Lesson on Kate Drew Kate Drew, Nancy's mother, died years ago.
Nancy never knew the truth, or just what her mother was a part of, until now.Nancy is called in to solve the mystery and stop an evil plot, all while learning and remembering more about her mother. She also gets to enjoy some 'spy gadgets' during this mystery, so that's fun. Can you solve the mystery and save the day?Hey, bonus points that we get to play spy, have Carson Drew (Nancy's father) as a phone contact, and learn more about Kate Drew. It's another lovely installment in the Nancy Drew game series.
Rated 5 out of5 by29andahalf fromNot A Mindless HOG Long time fan of the Nancy Drew series- I'm fairly certain I played my first one in 2002 or so. These are great games- they always deliver with a wonderful story line, puzzles you actually have to work through, and a mystery that is always a joy to solve.I've played all 32 of them, and this one is my absolute favourite one.
The story gets personal, and while this one felt a little bit short in comparison to the rest of them, it's still fantastic.I can not recommend this game enough. That being said, I've seen many reviews on Nancy Drew games on this website by people who HATED them, or found them too difficult, and I think that's incredibly unfortunate. This is not a game where all you do is stare at a stationary picture looking for objects. This isn't a game that hands you the answers on a silver platter to give you a false sense of victory. This is a game that you go into with an open mind, getting in the head of Nancy Drew as you adventure through Scotland and discover the mystery behind the life of Nancy's mother. There are walkthroughs available readily online IF you need them, so I would encourage anybody looking for a bit of a challenge but afraid of wasting their money on a game they cannot complete to give it a try (on the easiest difficulty setting) but not to be afraid of looking up answers.
Sometimes you won't be able to do the puzzles on your own, and that's okay. But don't give a bad review for a game like this just because it's not the walk-in-the park HOG it never said it was. Rated 5 out of5 byIcthia fromIntriguing, engaging, wonderful! I love all the Nancy Drew games, but if pressed to pick a favorite, this would probably be the one. True, I have some personal biases here-it is set in Scotland and I have a kilt-wearing husband and bagpipe chanters by the dozen. I think it's so cool that you get to play the bagpipes and weave a tartan in the game.I love the intrigue and the high-tech spying you get to do. The game is full of plot twists, suspense, and even includes a few tugs on the heartstrings.
Really, if you let yourself get into it, it's almost like watching a season of 24-it all hangs on you to stop a disaster of global proportions and you don't know who you can trust or how you'll get through it!Highly recommended! Rated 5 out of5 bypcpat923 fromTEN STARS FOR CHALLENGING NANCY DREW STYLE!!! Frostbite pictures. Definitely some different twists in this HER Interactive #29 Nancy Drew episode.Pulled out my hair on not a few of the puzzles. Then again, that is what I love most. Puzzles can be infuriating to say the least. Screaming, ranting and raving has helped a few times as well as shutting down and going back later with a fresh perspective.Nancy Drew fans are in for a treat with a storyline that includes memories and questions regarding Nancy's Mom, Kate Drew. Touching and sad at times.
At the very least, the game is realistic in terms of research involving Scotland and true life events.Gamers will have fun making cooking, dining on Scotland's culinary delights and collecting souvenirs. Playing the bag pipes and trying your hand at archery is part of progressing within the game itself, although gamers can go back and play some more to win additional awards. If you love, love, love, Nancy Drew games and cannot get past some of the puzzles, there is a walkthrough that can be helpful for those who get stuck.Enjoy! Hello Fellow Jumpers! This is the Post to start the work on the Steven Universe Future Jump Chain. I as of this moment have begun re watching the show in it's entirety. I will be skimming episodes to save time since there is alot of filler that isn't needed for the jump to work. The Link below is to the WIP Doc not the actual jump DOC. This is a whole new Steven Universe! First off, I’m a fusion, of sorts, that doesn’t like to work together. We’re also both Force-users, and happen to be experimental Gems based on particularly powerful Jedi and Sith lightsaber crystals. Last Episode. Steven Universe. Gem Age 6010. Crystal Gems. Experiment - Foe Petrify Orb (originally stuns beings within a room, x2 uses in a week) For one thing, my physical body is merely a projection created by the gem core – I require neither sleep nor food nor air.
Update Steven Universe. So anyway after the whole new content I think it’s time for the Steven Universe Jumpchain. Share your ideas for the update please! Save hide report. This thread is archived. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.

This is hands down one of my top 5. Like so many other people I love that fact that this goes so in depth to what Nancy's mother was like and the relationship between them.

Before now even in the books you only know that she passed away when Nancy was young but you don't know much else. Besides this the game has good challenging puzzles, I like the fact that you have some internal moral conflict going on when the game gives you choices to do certain things (you'll know what I mean when you play the game).
And who doesn't like playing spy? Just get this game!! Rated 5 out of5 byStormHound fromMy favourite Nancy Drew game! I have played ALL the Nancy Drew games and The Silent Spy is definitely my favourite out of them all!Nancy travels to Scotland to try and stop a plot that could be a threat to the entire world - something very similar to what her mother had done nearly 10 years before her.If you're familiar with Nancy Drew games, then you'll know the basic gameplay - you play as Nancy and move around, interacting with characters, your surroundings and using objects that you find.CHARACTERS: Part of the reason I enjoyed this game the most was the characters. The best part was the more personal nature this game has for Nancy Drew herself.
Players find out a lot more about what happened to Nancy's mom and get some insight into Nancy's childhood, not only from stories that other characters tell Nancy, but from flashback scenes as well.SETTING: Set in Scotland, complete with bagpipes, haggis and that Scottish accent! The background images are not the absolute best, but they work.
